Your job to book the Staff Christmas Party? We have made it so easy for you with a 10 Driver Christmas/Corporate Package available for your Group. The best thing is we cater for Drivers of all ages and experience so this is something that all staff can participate in and have a heap of FUN!!

Once you have completed a Drivers Briefing, you will suit up in a Race Suit and Helmet and head out onto the Dirt Circuit to Drive 6 Laps in a custom built V8 RACE BUGGY or TROPHY TRUCK!

Once each driver has had their drive, our professional instructors will strap you each in for an awesome Hot Lap!


This heart-thumping package includes lunch for your group as well as morning or afternoon tea. 
We offer complimentary refreshments throughout the course of the session. Off Road Rush have space for your companies signage and we can organise "Driver of the Day" prizes as well!

DRIVE EXPERIENCE

Upon arrival for your off road racing experience, you will attend a drivers briefing on the rules and track conditions. Then it's into the Buggy for a drive around the track to get the adrenalin pumping!

Guidelines:

We welcome drivers from 12 years - the only Motor Sport Experience in Australia that does.

Teenager prices valid for Drivers aged 12-17 years

Adults prices from 18 years and upNo Manual Experience necessary, we will teach you on the day!

There is a zero alcohol and drug policy for all drivers, which will be strictly adhered to.

The maximum weight limit is 140kg and the maximum height is 210cm.

Session Length:

Allow up to 2.5 hours at the track for your experience

Morning session - 10am until 12.30pm

Afternoon session  - 1pm until 3.30pm

 

Dress Code:

We supply the race suits and helmet.  All you need are enclosed shoes.

 

Weather:

This activity is NOT operable in extreme weather, if we need to reschedule your booking we will endeavour to contact you via TEXT or email.

 

Participant Changes:

Name changes are free of charge

 

 Spectators:

Spectators are welcome with great viewing of the racetrack. You are able to stay with the participant right up until their drive. We have a
safe environment for kids with plenty of space for them to run around.

 

Accessibility:

Prams and wheelchairs do have accessibility

 

Cancellation Policy:

Any changes to your booking, a re-booking fee of $55 will apply.

We do NOT allow any changes 5 days prior to your event, unless in extreme circumstances. 

No Shows 

Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book.

All participants are required to sign the Motor Sport Waiver

 

How early do I need to arrive?

We only require you to be there 15 minutes before your start time to complete your registration.

 

SD cards are available for purchase on the day for $40

Hot Laps for passengers  as well as extra drive laps are also available on the day for $25

There are no canteen facilities available on site, so please feel free to bring your own food and drinks. We do supply tea and coffee, and bottled water
